My journey began in the dynamic world of Corporate Marketing, where I found myself sprinting into Chanel's office, racing against the ticking clock to deliver a jaw-dropping multi-million-dollar RFP. In less than eight whirlwind months, I catapulted from a novice to an Interim Marketing Director, successfully securing RFP’s with prestigious clients such as Mercedes-Benz, Procter & Gamble, J. Crew, and more.


Then, I caught the Entertainment PR bug and began working with one of the industry's legendary multicultural publicists working with clients like Usher, Ciara, Chris Paul, Ryan Leslie and more. Yet, the Entertainment industry's relentless pace left me yearning for more.

That's when I made the decision to infuse some 'impact dust' into my career. So, I launched a nonprofit, empowering countless local girls in the vibrant heart of New York City to realize their highest potential, forging partnerships with influential companies like Google, TED, and American Express, to name a few. All this with a team smaller than a school choir, fierce Board of Directors and an army of dedicated volunteers.


Now, I've transformed into the Swiss Army Knife of marketing, using my rollercoaster journey to craft extraordinary strategies, reshape brands, and, most importantly, make the world a better place.

The Cru, a peer coaching service that connects women who want to jump start their professional growth. The HBO CSR team entrusted me with a special project, igniting the perfect blend of impact and engagement. This event places mentorship front and center, offering a rich tapestry of immersive activities meticulously designed to nurture both personal and professional growth. Participants immersed themselves in riveting discussions to gain access to invaluable insights, not to mention played interactive games that allowed them to organically discover the roles of each mentor at HBO and the purpose behind them.

A savvy real estate entrepreneur in the heart of Bedford-Stuyvesant grew tired of the same old corner store and liquor store proposals for her commercial property. She yearned for something more, something that would truly enrich the community. That's where I came in, the impact catalyst, armed with a blank canvas and a delectable mission: to craft a haven of culinary delights that would set taste buds dancing. From concept/name to branding, I orchestrated it all, assembling a team from the architect, interior designer, and a top-notch chef. In under 8 months, Biyou was born, a culinary oasis that exceeded all expectations.

From humble beginnings as a mentor in my community, the journey blossomed into the vibrant organization known as PETALS-N-BELLES, a New York City-based 501(c)(3) social development organization on a mission to empower girls through a potent blend of creative workshops, real-world experiences, and academic coaching. Our aim is to ignite the spark within these young women, paving the way for personal triumphs and professional success through dynamic real-world encounters.


The exhilaration of raising over half a million dollars to power our mission was akin to the wildest rollercoaster ride in my professional life, with every twist and turn a testament to the boundless love and passion we invested. We crisscrossed the city, forming impactful alliances with partners ranging from Google to Weil Cornell Medical Center, and our journey embraced everything from rock climbing and yoga to heartbreak parties, offering endless conversations and life-altering events. Our team included dedicated volunteers, mentors, advocates, educators, parents, friends, and an entire community bonded by a shared commitment to uplifting these remarkable girls.
